Menu builder: common questions

Hiding removes it from the menu. To stop people reaching parts of GoHighLevel, combine it with privacy mode and GoHighLevel’s own user permissions.

Yes. Each view has its own list of items and its own settings, so agency staff and clients each see what suits them.

The customizer learns each section’s tabs and drop-downs from GoHighLevel itself as people use the app, so new GoHighLevel pages appear without you doing anything.

Settings pages keep a clear way back. In top bar mode the settings links sit in the top bar, and you can pin individual settings pages to the floating menu.

Items GoHighLevel adds are appended automatically unless you turn that off, and clicks are passed to GoHighLevel’s own links, so navigation keeps working.
