Six things land on this desk

Whatever brand sent you here, your request goes into the same queue and gets read by the same people. Pick the one that sounds like your problem.

The journey of a request

What happens after you hit send

No black box. Here is the whole path, so you know what to expect and when to chase.

  1. Instant

    Received

Your email reaches the desk and becomes a numbered request the moment it arrives. Nothing sits in a personal inbox waiting for one person to come back from lunch.

  2. One business day

    Acknowledged

A person reads it and replies to confirm what they understood, what they need from you, and what happens next. If it is already clear, that reply is the fix.

  3. Same day

    Routed

It goes to whoever actually owns that surface. A DNS question does not get answered by guesswork, and a billing question does not get answered by an engineer.

  4. Closed with you

    Resolved

You get the fix, plus a plain-language note on what was wrong. If it was something you can avoid next time, that is in the note too.

How this desk behaves

Four things you can hold us to, whichever brand you came from.

  • A person, not a bot wall

Your first reply is written by someone who read your message. No deflection loop, no forced portal signup before anyone will talk to you.

  • You always know whose turn it is

Every reply ends with either what we are doing next or what we need from you. A request never goes quiet without a reason.

  • Plain language

You get told what was wrong in words you can repeat to someone else. Jargon only when it is the accurate word, and then it gets explained.

  • Careful with access

We ask for the narrowest access that does the job, tell you what we changed, and never post your credentials back over email.

What a good reply looks like

These are written examples, not customer reviews. This desk is new enough that there is nothing honest to quote yet, so rather than invent testimonials, here is the shape of a reply you should expect. Names, accounts and figures are illustrative.

Our contact form has not sent anything since Friday. We only noticed because a customer phoned instead.

The desk replied

Reproduced it. The form is submitting fine, the notification email is being rejected by your mail provider because the sending domain lost its SPF record over the weekend. Record restored, test submission is in your inbox now. Two submissions were held while it was broken, both forwarded to you.

Bookings are going into the calendar an hour out. Half my week is wrong and I do not want to move them by hand.

The desk replied

The calendar was set to a different timezone from the account. Corrected the calendar, and the nine bookings that were already off have been shifted back to their true times. Your customers keep the original confirmation, so nobody gets a surprise email.

Software Replied same day

The monthly export total does not match what the dashboard shows. Which one do I trust?

The desk replied

Trust the dashboard. The export was counting refunded orders. Fixed and re-run, the new file is attached and the two figures now agree. If you have already sent the old file on, the difference is on the summary line so you can point at it.

We go live Monday and I still cannot see the pipeline my team set up last week.

The desk replied

Your user was created before the pipeline existed, so it was never shared with you. Access granted, and we also checked the other three users on the account so nobody hits this on Monday morning. Short walkthrough recording attached.

Asked often

Before you email

The questions that come up most. There are more on the full FAQ page.

We are the support desk that company uses. Rather than each brand staffing its own helpdesk, they hand support to one team that already knows the platform. You are in the right place, and we already have the context for your account.

Email support@ghlcustomercare.com. There is no portal to sign up for and no form you have to find first. Your email becomes a tracked request the moment it arrives, and every reply on that thread stays attached to it.

The first human reply is within one business day, and usually much sooner during working hours. Something that is completely down gets picked up ahead of things that are inconvenient but working.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Requests that arrive outside those hours are queued and picked up at the start of the next working day, in the order they arrived, with outages first.

What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and where. A page address, a sub-account name, an order reference or a screenshot will usually remove a whole round trip. If you are not sure what is relevant, send it anyway.

No. Email from the address you normally use and the desk will match it up. If you are emailing on behalf of someone else, say whose account it is.

Tell us what is wrong

One email, no portal to sign up for, no form to hunt down. Say what happened and where, and a person picks it up.
